This course provides a detailed study of the Maxims of Fiqh as presented by Shaykh สฟAbd al-Raแธฅmฤn ibn Nฤแนฃir al-Saสฟdฤซ. Students will gain insights into the historical development and relevance of Qawaid al-Fiqhiyyah in interpreting and applying Islamic legal principles.

Instructors:
Ustadh Saeed Hassan is a Graduate of the Imam Saud University from the Faculty of Shariah and has a Masters in Comparative Fiqh. He has over 10 years experience teaching Islamic sciences with a focus on fiqh and usul al-fiqh. He has taught primary Islamic texts in Fiqh, Usul al-Fiqh, Qawaโdul Fiqhiya, Aqeedah, Mustalah Hadith and others. He has also authored booklets on prostration for forgetfulness and Knowledge of inheritance.
