Umdatul-Fiqh | Taharah & Salah | is a concise compilation concerning the jurisprudence of the Imam of the Sunnah, Ahmad ibn Hanbal Ash-Shaibani (may Allah be well pleased with him) by Imam Muwaffaq ad-Din Adbullah ibn Ahmad ibn Qudama al-Maqdisi.

This is a comprehensive insight to the Hanbali school of law (Madhab) which esteem scholar have collectively confined a single doctrine so that it may be Mainstay (Umda) for its readers.

Thus so the correct Hanbali view is clear and easy for students to comprehend.

Shaykh Dr. Khalid Al-Mushaykih
Professor of Islamic Law at Qaseem Islamic University

He is from the most senior students of Shaykh Uthaymeen and has authored many books on various topics, especially Fiqh and Aqeedah. He is a regular teacher in the Haram Makkah Al Mukaramah. The Shaykh has authored many books in Fiqh, ‘Ahkaam al-‘Itikaaf’ , ‘Ahkaam al-Zakat’ and undertaken checkings of Sharh Umdatul-Fiqh’ are just a few of them.
