Maxims of Fiqh (Al-Qawaid Al-Fiqhiyyah)

This course is a detailed cover to the Maxims of Fiqh by Shaykh As-Sa’di who provides a comprehensive study of the foundational principles and maxims of Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh). This course covers an overview of the significance and scope of Qawaid Al Fiqhiyyah, including its historical development and relevance in understanding Islamic legal principles.

Instructors:
Ustadh Sa’eed Hassan is a Graduate of the Imam Saud University from the Faculty of Shariah and has a Masters in Comparative Fiqh. He has over 10 years experience teaching Islamic sciences with a focus on fiqh and usul al-fiqh. He has taught primary Islamic texts in Fiqh, Usul al-Fiqh, Qawa’dul Fiqhiya, Aqeedah, Mustalah Hadith and others. He has also authored booklets on prostration for forgetfulness and Knowledge of inheritance.
