Originally from Somalia, a land renowned for its deep connection with the Qur’an, Shaykh Sharif Zain Ali completed his memorization of the Qur’an at the age of 15. He holds a BA in Shari’ah from Mogadishu University and has earned Ijazah in Hafs ‘an ‘Asim and the Ten Minor Qira’at, both under the supervision of Sheikh Shoieb.
