Shaykh Dr. Hamad al-Hajiri (Kuwait University Professor in Comparative Fiqh)
He is the head of Department of Comparative Fiqh. He holds a BA, MA and PhD from the Islamic University of Madinah. He specialises in Fiqh Al-Maqarin (Comparative Fiqh) and contemporary Financial Transactions.
